7. How did your company get started?
We know the negative impact that downtime from parts unavailability or service issues can have on an operator. We also know how important operating costs are to an operator. We felt the market was ready for a clean-sheet design that put operators' needs first. This coach was designed with the operator in mind, with features like common brake parts, unitized hubs, advanced HVAC systems that minimize moving parts and ready availability of common parts at over 6,200 NAPA stores nationwide. The desire to fill this need was the catalyst to begin designing and manufacturing BCI motorcoaches.
